The Little Prince

Student brief at Shillington
Book cover design

The defining quote inspires a handmade execution of the celebrated book, "one sees clearly with the heart, the essential is invisible to the eye". The rose is the symbol of love and spirit in the story. The distorted version of the rose on the cover is a metaphor to perceiving love through naked eye which is juxtaposed with the image of the rose in its entirety on the back cover as a metaphor to seeing the true form of love with your soul.
